This section applies to products sold under a recurring subscription model on Fun-Tech-Lab.

Billing & Renewal

  • Subscription charges are billed automatically on a monthly basis using the payment method provided at checkout.

  • Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

  • You authorize Fun-Tech-Lab to charge your selected payment method for each recurring billing cycle.


Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@fun-tech-lab.com

  • Cancellations must be requested before the subscription order is processed for shipment for the current billing cycle.

Important Notes:

  • If a subscription order has been paid but not yet shipped, cancellation applies only to the current billing cycle’s subscription product fee. No additional cancellation fees will be charged.

  • Once a subscription order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle.


Refund Policy

  • Subscription charges that have already been processed are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is:

    • Defective, or

    • Damaged upon arrival

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@fun-tech-lab.com within 7 days of delivery, providing relevant photos or videos for assessment.

  • Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement.

Subscription Shipping Schedule

  • Subscription orders are shipped once per month.

  • All subscription shipments are scheduled to be dispatched between the 25th and 30th of each month.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and external factors.
