To choose the right Windsible size, please compare your car model’s overall dimensions with the available test area sizes below.
Make sure your model fits comfortably within the test area.

Available test area sizes:

• 1:64 Version: 107 mm × 92 mm × 50 mm
• 1:24 Version: 308 mm × 202 mm × 142 mm
• 1:18 Version: 408 mm × 202 mm × 142 mm

If your model’s length, width, and height are within the listed dimensions, it will be compatible with the corresponding Windsible version.

Please be assured that we use oil-based liquid, which is friendly to car paint.

When the fog comes into contact with car models, there may be a small amount of residue left on the surface.
Rest assured, after hundreds of tests, we have found the safest and most suitable material that can be easily wiped off, ensuring that the smoke residue can be cleaned effortlessly.

Windsible operates using a DC plug power supply method, which ensures a stable power supply.
It supports a voltage range of 110V-240V and offers multiple plug options for different regions.

Most Hot Wheels diecast cars are produced in 1:64 scale, and we recommend using the 1:64 Windsible for the best fit.

The Runsible supports wheelbases from 32mm to 62mm.
We have tested it and found that almost all 1:64 model cars on the market are compatible.

For 1:43 models, please check whether your car’s wheelbase falls within this range - if it does, it will work as well.

Runsible can fit inside the 64 Windsible.

We recommend removing the filter from Windsible first. This allows Runsible to slide in more smoothly and makes the installation process much simpler.

Runsible supports both battery power and USB Type-C power.

You can choose the power option that best fits your usage scenario, whether for a clean, cable-free setup or continuous powered operation.

All subscriptions for this product are shipped between the 25th and 30th of each month.

Once it is shipped out, there will be a shipping notification with a tracking number sent to you.

The Monthly Car Box comes in two options: a one-time purchase or a subscription. If you’ve chosen the subscription, your future orders will be billed automatically - you don’t need to place a new order each time.

For example, if you placed your order on the 15th of this month, the system will automatically generate your next order on the 15th of next month.
No extra action is required from you - just wait for the cars to arrive.
