Why does the fog look weak?

Weak fog is usually caused by low fog output, high airflow speed, a partially blocked nozzle, or a dirty filter. Try increasing fog output, lowering airflow, and cleaning the nozzle.

Why does the device show a countdown?

A countdown usually means Fair Mode is enabled. Fair Mode is designed for exhibitions and long display sessions to reduce fog fluid consumption.
