The concept of the item is great, the execution of the item is really bad. Battery function is pretty much useless, the only way to get actual power to the rollers is with the USB-C port. Customer service response is great but they only respond like they are reading a script so that is useless also. So my final words on this product is do not buy unless you really want it to be in your display. I give one point for the concept and another point for the swift response to the emails.
By the way, are they going to develop a digital scale to measure downforce for Windsible?
I really enjoy the product and appreciate all the effort your team has put into creating it. I have noticed a few things that could be improved to make the experience even better:
1. The battery mode seems to run at only one speed, which is quite slow. The speed controller doesn't appear to change anything when in battery mode, so it would be great if there were more options to adjust the speed when operating on batteries.
2. The batteries tend to press against the contacts and loosen, which can cause inconsistent contact. This means you might need to gently press the batteries to keep them connecting properly. It would be helpful if the contacts were more secure to prevent this issue, especially when using the device on battery power.
3. Using the USB-C connection provides the best performance, but the potentiometer that controls speed only offers a few preset settings rather than a smooth, gradual adjustment. It switches between slow, medium, and fast rather than allowing for finer control.
Overall, I love the product and am happy with it, just wanted to share these small suggestions to improve the battery experience. Thank you for your dedication!
